Placing an order
Large orders require a minimum 14 days’ notice period.

Changes to orders
Alterations to orders will be made if possible however if chocolates or cake are already made, they will not be amended.
Deposit & Payment
All payments are made in UK Pound Sterling (£).
Online purchases are to be paid for through our website.
Payment by BACS or Cash can be discussed on a one to one basis.

Return & Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept any return or refund.
We do not offer any refund on any products deliver by post.
Once our products have been either collected or deliver, we do not accept any responsibility.
Shipping
We will do our best to ship all our online products within 48 hours of confirmation of payment.
All our products are sent by Royal Mail – 3 to 5 working days.

Allergies and Allergens
Upon confirmation of your order, please do let us know of any allergies.
All of our chocolates/cakes are produced in an environment where gluten, dairy, sugar and nuts are all present. We are extremely careful to not cross contaminate, however, we must advise you that they are in the same room. Of course, when preparing a specialist range, we ensure that none of the specified allergens are open and all surfaces have been thoroughly cleaned.
All the products will be delivered with clear labelling of all ingredients used and all allergens present in the products as per the “Natasha Law”.
Quality
All our bonbons/cakes are handmade using the best natural, fresh ingredients.
There may be slight variations from the bonbons and cakes shown in publicity material. We reserve the right to replace unavailable components with those of equal or better quality. On collection or delivery you will be asked to check the appearance of the bonbons/cake. Please take the time to check the bonbons and/or cake over at this point as we cannot take responsibility for visual errors once the bonbons/cake have been delivered.
We will make every effort to make your bonbons/cake to your satisfaction; in the very unlikely event that this does not occur we do not accept any costs or responsibility for bonbons/cakes collected or delivered.
Force majeure
We shall not be liable for any default due to any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the Company including, but not limited to Acts of God, war, civil unrest, riot, strike, lock-out, fire, flood, or shortage of supply.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
We do reserve the right to make price changes without prior notice.
