I always loved chocolate, but who doesn’t?!

In my case, every chocolate I saw or ate would give me a story and a lot of questions on how did they become such a treat!

I have been lucky enough to be able to work in some great establishment throughout England, gaining knowledge and experience from the best.

In 2016, I decided it was time to fly on my own and leave the hotel “nest”; I would open my company in order to help others to develop their pastry section and to train future “sweets” masters.

The idea of creating something more challenging and exciting came to my head after receiving an order for bespoke chocolate bonbons for some VVIP guests from one of my client.

Demand for my chocolate bonbons boomed and was bigger than I ever thought.

We are now developing, colouring and creating in order to give as much colourful chocolate happiness as possible so…
